How it works

RentFlow Series 3 offers an investment structure where capital is secured against a property portfolio, and returns are generated through rental income distributed every month in the form of interest to bondholders.

Key Points

The portfolio has an independent value of €8,200,000. It generates €44,000 per month in rental income, totalling €528,000 annually.

RentFlow acts as the manager and distributor of the capital and income. It secures the investors' capital against the property portfolio and ensures the monthly rental income is properly distributed to the investors.

Investors provide capital totalling and in return, hold a Fixed Income Bond valued at €7,800,000. They receive a portion of the rental income as their return on investment.

Income Model

• The total rental income generated by the property portfolio is €528,000 annually.

• From this amount, investors receive €390,000 per year, which is distributed as €32,500 monthly.

• This distribution to investors represents 74% of the total rental income and 5% p.a. of the combined value of the Fixed Income Bond subscriptions (€7,800,000).

You have Questions,

we have the answers

An investment in Rentflow is not a regulated investment.

It is an unquoted investment where you may lose all or part of your investment. While the loan notes are secured against the property, in the event of default there is potential to lose all or part of your investment.

The investment is therefore only suitable for certain investors who have sought specific advice prior to the investment based on their own particular circumstance.
