As there is no bank debt involved, the Secured Loan Note holders are always paid first. This provides you with easy access to a wider range of properties than would be possible by direct investment.

The 5% p.a. interest return is payable in monthly income payments. That enables Secured Loan Note holders to benefit from this steady income stream and plan accordingly.

Approved for Self-Administered Pensions

Investment returns earned by pension schemes are also exempt from capital gains and dividend income tax.

 

What’s more, the lump sum you can take at retirement, is tax-free up to certain limits. RentFlow Secured Loan Notes are available through approved self-administered pension provider and are suitable for ARFs, AMRFs and most self-administered pensions.
