This multi-unit derelict property, located near major colleges and Dublin city centre, was fully transformed in summer 2024 through a rapid, planning-free refurbishment. The project included comprehensive upgrades such as new plumbing, electrics, fire safety systems, and insulation—bringing the property up to modern standards.

Thanks to our fast, efficient approach, the property was let immediately after completion, attracting high demand from professional tenants. Once vacant and underused, it now offers high-quality, energy-efficient housing in one of Dublin’s top rental areas and remains fully occupied, delivering stable returns—all without the usual delays of new builds.
