ITC is the latest Pension trustee to approve Rentflow for Irish pension investors

If you would like to have control over how your retirement fund is managed, an ARF (Approved Retirement Fund) or a Self-Administered Pension might be the best option for you.

RentFlow is very well suited to ARF pensions in Ireland. An ARF works by allowing you to invest all or part of your pension fund after you retire. You can decide on the type of product you would like to invest in, and the amount of risk you're comfortable with. With an ARF you can still withdraw from your fund on a regular or ad hoc basis (subject to income tax and USC. PRSI may also apply). So, by investing in RentFlow 5 for 5, your ARF investment will receive 60 tax free monthly fixed income payments. See table below:

ITC is an Irish-owned professional pension trustee company, established in 1994. They are based in Harmony Court in Dublin city centre and employ over 60 staff. Their focus is on delivering flexible and transparent pensions for their clients. ITC are now one of the largest providers of self-administered pensions in Ireland. They administer over €1.5 billion of client funds in 5,000 pension structures. They act as trustees of self-administered pensions schemes, which typically have one member. ITC are: - Approved by the Revenue Commissioners as a Pensioneer Trustee. - Recognised by the Pensions Board as a Registered Administrator. - Regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an investment firm. - Approved as Trustee Trainers by the Pensions Authority. - We are also one of the founding members of the Association of Pensioneer Trustees in Ireland. RentFlow has been approved by ITC.
