RentFlow's Story

1. Founders with Deep Experience

Founded by David Healy and Colin O’Regan, bringing over 15 years of experience in regulated real estate markets such as Germany, where transparency, risk control, and investor trust are paramount​

2. A Changing Irish Market

In Ireland in since 2018, rising property regulation was making it harder for amateur landlords and self-administered pension investors to manage direct buy-to-let property.​

3. Gap in the Market

Self-directed pension investors had limited access to reliable, income-focused property options and financial advisors had little influence over direct property purchases made by their clients.

4. Our Opportunity

We saw a need for a premium, ‘adviser led’ passive property income solution, one that was simple to recommend, professionally managed and delivered predictable, fixed monthly income within a pension structure.

5. The Birth of RentFlow

That vision became RentFlow: a securitised, fixed-income investment backed by high-demand Dublin residential property giving investors the benefits of property income without the burden of property ownership.

RentFlow has delivered 45+ consecutive months of uninterrupted monthly income, with the first investors now having accumulated over 18.75% in returns to date
