Colm holds a BBS from Trinity College Dublin and is a qualified accountant (ACCA), bringing deep expertise in risk management and financial planning.

David drives RentFlow’s property acquisition and portfolio growth strategies, leveraging his 15+ years of real estate expertise. He has managed over €500 million in European property investments and partnered in many investment projects in Germany. David holds a business qualification in real estate valuation, sale, and management, ensuring that RentFlow’s property portfolio continues to generate reliable, sustainable returns for its investors.

Colin O'Regan is a Director and Investment Partner at RentFlow, leveraging over 20 years of experience in Irish and European investments. He plays a critical role in RentFlow’s property acquisitions, refurbishment projects, and securing high-value real estate investments. Previously, Colin has held senior roles in Asset Management and Banking in both Germany & Ireland. He is a member of the Institute of Bankers and brings extensive expertise in property and investment management.

Fabian leads RentFlow’s operational strategy, focusing on process optimization and portfolio enhancements. With extensive experience in operational excellence, he has held senior roles in companies like Western Union and Fidelity Investments. He holds degrees in Information Technology and Accounting & Finance, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Auditing and Project Management.
