RentFlow was established to enable investors to earn monthly recurring rental income from a portfolio of city centre properties without any of the responsibilities of a landlord, including dealing with tenants, maintenance companies, or the Residential Tenancy Board (RTB).

There are a number of companies offering passive investments. What makes us different is that we offer monthly recurring rental revenue for passive investors. Most other investors would receive a dividend on a yearly or bi-annual basis. We set RentFlow up to pay investors every month, so they can see a return every month from their investment, similar to a landlord’s monthly net income.

Application Process

  1. Review, print, and sign the relevant Application Form (Cash or Pension)

  2. Copy of a valid Photo ID and a utility bill (dated within the last three months)

  3. Email above to info@rentflow.ie

  4. We will then email you a Transfer Fund Request with details of our Secured Bank Account for you to transfer your funds.

  5. Post all originals to:  RentFlow, 151-156 Thomas St, Dublin 8, D08 P5E,

​  6. Once your original application is received and your funds are cleared in our bank account, you will start accruing interest.

​  7. On execution of the loan note instrument the Security Trust Deed will require signature for completion.
