Further Acquisitionsin Dublin City - Drumcondra and North Circular Road.




CCIH (Rentflow’s owner) has added to its rental portfolio this summer with the purchase of a multi-family home property in Drumcondra and is in the final acquisition stages of a further two multi-family home properties on the North Circular Road.

The portfolio of 3 Multi-Family homes includes a mix of 26 studios & one bed units. The portfolio will continue to rent to professional tenants living and working in the City Centre. At full occupancy the annual rent roll will be in excess of €430,000pa.

CCIH is also in the process of acquiring another property in Mary St, in Dublin City Centre with a projected annual rent of €210,000pa. The purchase will be completed in Q4 2021 and will be added to the Rentflow investment portfolio early in 2022.
