Our Series 2 is currently paying a net 5.2% which will rise to 5.5% from March 2024. Sustainability & Ethical investment: Refurbishment of older buildings produces a much lower carbon footprint than new builds which are natural resource intensive. Renovated to a 3 to 4 star hotel accommodation standard - all our properties exceed the RTB guide to the minimum standards for rented properties as set out in Housing (Standards For Rented Houses) Regulations 2019. The average rental price in Series 2 is very sustainable as rents are priced below market rents - no price gouging of tenants. Average residential rental income €1,487/month or €743/month for dual occupancy – very sustainable. Average rent in north city in Dublin is €2,250/month (Daft Q2 report).
