  • Secured by first charge over tenanted apartment buildings in Dublin.

  • Low risk alternative to direct property investment.

  • Invest from €100,000* - €500,000.

Application Process

  1. Review, print, and sign the relevant Application Form (Cash or Pension)

  2. Copy of a valid Photo ID and a utility bill (dated within the last three months)

  3. Email above to info@rentflow.ie

  4. We will then email you a Transfer Fund Request with details of our Secured Bank Account for you to transfer your funds.

  5. Post all originals to:  RentFlow, 151-156 Thomas St, Dublin 8, D08 P5E,

​  6. Once your original application is received and your funds are cleared in our bank account, you will start accruing interest.

​  7. On execution of the loan note instrument the Security Trust Deed will require signature for completion.
