Application Process

1. Review, print, and sign the relevant Application Form (Cash or Pension)

2. Copy of a valid Photo ID and a utility bill (dated within the last three months)

3. Email above to info@rentflow.ie

4. We will then email you a Transfer Fund Request with details of our Secured Bank Account for you to transfer your funds.

5. Post all originals to: RentFlow, 151-156 Thomas St, Dublin 8, D08 P5E,

6. Once your original application is received and your funds are cleared in our bank account, you will start accruing interest.

7. On execution of the loan note instrument the Security Trust Deed will require signature for completion.
