Navigating volatility with confidence - RentFlow continues to ‘expand its supply’ of rental accommodation in Dublin city centres. We're excited to share that our strategic expansion aims to diversify our portfolio, enhance potential returns, and navigate market fluctuations with confidence. We are very enthusiastic about Dublin rental property investments, so we are continuing to grow our portfolio in the capital, We have just added over €300,000 more in annual rental income to our rental pool. The outlook for additional multi-family house purchases in Q4 2023 and into 2024 is excellent. Over the next 6 to 9 months, we plan to purchase more than €20 million worth of residential property in Dublin, which will boost our portfolio's total annual rental income by more than €1.5 million.
