Following the success of Series 1, where RentFlow was fully subscribed for €6,2 million in March 2022, Series 2 is now being launched. From March 2022 each investor in RentFlow Series 1 started receiving their fixed monthly payment directly into their bank account, and will continue to do so for the next 59 months. The total investment was limited to a maximum of €6.2m with an average investment of €200,000 from both pension and cash investors, located in Ireland and internationally. Building on this success Series 2 is now being launched with a similar offering.
