Our multi-family home portfolio of predominantly studios and 1-bed apartments has remained fully occupied all summer. The properties are strategically located in high-demand rental areas and are within walking distance of the city centre for business, shopping, universities and hospitals.
Demand for quality affordable rental accommodation is very high. Students are planning to return to college in September and many office workers are planning to return to work, putting even more pressure on the availability of suitable rental accommodation.
The average rent across our multi-family portfolio is very stable with no bad debt tenants. We are currently renting our properties, fully furnished to 3 star hotel standard, to long term tenants for an average of €1,070 per month.
During the last 6 months our technical team have upgraded all apartments with high speed internet access to enable tenants to continue to work from home if required.
Tenants are provided the internet free of charge and each apartment comes fully furnished. A happy tenant is a paying tenant and our property management team successfully spent the summer on site ensuring that our tenants are looked after and the properties remained 100% rented.
